  • Rebuilt a poorly documented, person-dependent technology-lending service into a governed operating model with formal procedures, searchable records, dashboards, delegated student-lead authority, and AI-assisted knowledge delivery.
  • Created and governed DACI, an internal AI knowledge assistant (OpenAI Custom GPT) converting 80,000+ words of operational documentation into consistent staff guidance — ~1,700 conversations across two versions — with behavioral boundaries preserving human authority.
  • Supported service growth from ~4,394 to ~7,021 annual interactions and transactions (2022→2025); expanded active inventory 10→40 cameras, 12→44 Dell and 30→106 Mac laptops.
